Training and the Creative Standard
We are creating a standard in our field. The Creative Standard is based on education, compassion, and autonomy. Being big on collaboration, we believe in cultivating a group of intelligent and professional adjusters who can succeed within our company as well as other firms. We offer hands-on training, online training, and a training booklet for all our adjusters. Every adjuster must complete a one-on-one training on the workflow of the current contract.
